This is a completely custom vacation home situated on the 16th fairway in South West Florida.

For this project, we partnered with a local architectural firm to create a two-story home from existing single-story construction plans  and it took just over a year to complete. By making the decision to add the second level, the homeowners acquired guest quarters secluded from the main part of the house complete with a small kitchen and laundry to be entirely self-contained. The house consists of a total of four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a bar area, executive office and an open main living space showcasing our client’s art collections. We collaborated with a local distributor to create the custom kitchen cabinets, which were featured in a national ad for Wood Mode Cabinetry as well as custom furniture incorporated throughout the home to fit their specific lifestyles and needs. The powder room features a floating vanity with a back lit onyx countertop and a beautiful black textured wallcovering. The outdoor living space includes a spa bath, kitchen, lounge area and a pool custom designed by our firm in collaboration with the pool building company using details of fountains, waterfalls and fire bowls as well as a custom underwater lighting system. We also worked with the landscape company and homeowners to create a unique entrance to the front of the home.
